Scotia Farm in Erindale

Mississauga, Ontario

Stanley Thompson reported to  His Honour W.D. Ross, Lieutenant-Govenor of Ontario, about the suitability of Scotia Farm for a golf course on April 15th, 1929.   A drawing for a 6 hole course with provision to play a combination of them to make 9 holes was prepared on April 17, 1930.  This course was constructed and parts of it are still used in the current Credit Valley G&CC layout.
