'About Golf Courses' Discussion Series 

The Canadian Golf Hall of Fame, in conjunction with the Stanley Thompson Society, is pleased to present a series of informal discussion groups focusing on the course. Each month several specialists will be asked to join attendees to consider elements of the decision process surrounding golf course renovation, preservation and restoration. The Stanley Thompson Society will also provide a free copy of an overview pamphlet of their Technical Guides bulletins to all who sign up for the full series.

Session 1: Why restore a golf course?
