Canadian Golf Hall of Fame & Museum

The Canadian Golf Hall of Fame and Museum is a great way to celebrate the game of golf. From champions and championship to golf's unique role in Canadian history, to the technical specifications of equipment manufacturing, the spectrum of golf is captured as you play a round.

The Canadian Golf Hall of Fame and Museum is located in the Leonard E.Shore Building on the grounds of Glen Abbey Golf Club, and RCGA Headquarters - Golf House - in Oakville, Ontario.

There is more to the Hall of Fame than meets the eye. The heritage services of the RCGA/ Canadian Golf Hall of Fame include an extensive photographic and documentary archive as well as a golf library.

The Canadian Golf Hall of Fame also reaches into communities across Canada with a wide variety of travelling exhibits and displays that celebrate the game and various components of the game.

Honoured Members of the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame are elected by the Hall of Fame Selection Committee from nominations received from the public. The nominations are evaluated based on the nominee's contributions at the national and international levels.

A walk through the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame mirrors a stroll over an 18-hole golf course, with each "hole" representing a significant element in the game's history, from its genesis to the champions of the modern game.

Interactive elements include putting with replica equipment on a man-made green, to designing a golf hole, or taking your place at the first Canadian Amateur Championship.
