Built in 1920 by Scottish/Canadian Architect Stanley Thompson, a mentor of Robert Trent Jones who had a minor hand in this project, Constant Spring is one of Jamaica's older courses. The course was originally only a nine-hole course but it was made into an 18-hole course in the 1930's. It is located in the heart of one of Kingston's nicest residential areas. The course and the surrounding residential area have an elegant atmosphere that is both luxurious and relaxing.

The narrow fairways can be daunting but players of all skill levels and abilities will be able to enjoy the course. The short, tight course demands accurate driving. The 13th tee offers a breathtaking view and the challenges of driving to a narrow plateau of fairway beyond a steep valley.
